Olympic-style Lifting Technique classes
Strength and Conditioning
This is our competitive weightlifting team. It is for kids age 8 years old to grown adults (100+). Anyone who would like to compete or even just get better with there tecnique. 

$80/month (2 days a week), $99/month (3 days a week), $129/month (5 days a week) Discounts available for students, military, police and fire fighters. 

Daily workout times vary. 
At O-Lifting Advantage, we take care to provide our customers high quality services personalized for their unique needs. 

We provide a variety of services including:
If you are wanting to learn how to do the lifts or just improve your technique this is a beginners class for you. It will take a couple of visits to start to get a basic knowledge of how to perform the lifts. 

$75/session for one on one coaching  $35/session for 2+ people

Hour time slot by appointment only. 
If you are looking for a good strength and conditioning program this is where you should come. For whatever sport you are in, we can gear your workout for your individual sport. We can develop your quick explosive power!

If you are looking for a bootcamp, this is a really good one. It is basically cardio and weights at the same time. You will tone up and lose weight at the same time. This is good for any adult!

Class times: Monday thru Friday 5 am, 6am, 8:30am, 4pm, 5:15pm and 6:15pm.  Please call ahead to confirm spot. 


Extreme Fit (Bootcamp)
Olympic Lifting Seminars
Seminars take place at Crossfit gyms around the country. Coach Anna Martin breaks down the snatch and Clean & Jerk technique. She goes over several different drills to fix technique errors and also uses a video program to analyze each athletes lift. A typical seminar will last 4 hours. If you have one already set up in your gym, please register below for the seminar.
